Assassin's Creed: Revelations is an upcoming video game in the Assassin's Creed franchise to be developed and published by Ubisoft. Throughout the course of the game, three playable characters will be featured: Altaïr, Ezio and Desmond. The game is set to be released for Microsoft Windows, PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 in 15 November 2011.
It will take Ezio, who is now 52 years old, to Constantinople (modern-day Istanbul), consisting of four districts; Constantin, Beyazid, Imperial and Galata, Cappadocia at the peak of the Ottoman Empire, Part of Cappadocia will be a completely underground city populated solely by Templars. and Masyaf. At the beginning of the game, Ezio travels to the old Assassins stronghold in Masyaf. He discovers Altaïr has sealed away a powerful artifact in the fortress and hid the keys in Constantinople. These seals are actually old relics of the first civilization that hold memories of Altaïr. Ezio uses them to relive his ancestor's memories and players will be able to control Altaïr again. The game will also continue Desmond's story in the modern day following the events of Brotherhood, where he will once again enter the Animus in which he has found a safe mode known as the Black Room, where he will attempt to piece his splintered subconscious back together to regain consciousness.
